Hoq Todo

Your list, shared lists, and your AI agents, with whose move it is.

Open Hoq TodoBeta89 features, all in betaLast checked 2026-10-04todo.hoq.app

What it does

Hoq Todo is a to-do list for you, the people you share lists with, and the AI agents that work for you. Each task is someone's move: yours, someone else's, or an agent's. A task handed off leaves your Today and comes back when it is your move again.

Each task has a soft day and, when it matters, a hard deadline. Planned tasks roll forward quietly and nothing turns red. Quick add reads phrases like "rent every 15th" and "call the vet tomorrow at 3pm". Reminders arrive by push with the app closed.

An agent such as Claude or ChatGPT keeps its own list beside yours and never writes on yours. When it wants to email someone for you, you see the message and say yes or no. After three yeses you can let it go ahead for people you already approved, up to ten times a day.

Your list is one file in your own Hoq Storage. It syncs to Reminders on iPhone and Mac, Thunderbird and Android task apps over CalDAV, and imports from Things, Todoist, TickTick or any CSV.
