Hoq Logistics
Orders in, picked by scan, labels bought and printed, tracking sent back.
What it does
Hoq Logistics is where orders get packed and shipped. Paid orders arrive from Hoq Commerce or Hoq Shop, or you add them by hand or paste them as CSV.
You batch orders, pick them in the order your bins are walked, verify each item by scan at the pack bench, and buy the label in one press. Labels are bought through EasyPost with your company's own key, and pressing buy twice never pays twice.
Rules run on every order as it arrives: choose the service, box and ship-from, pick the cheapest rate that arrives in time, tag it, hold it or hand it to someone. You can try a rule against the last 90 days of orders before turning it on.
Labels, packing slips and pick lists print by themselves at each workstation through Hoq Print. Tracking goes back to the store, and the customer gets the email.
