What it does
Hoq Assets keeps everything a business owns. Each thing gets a code, a type with its own fields, a place, a status and a person who looks after it. Places sit inside places: sites, areas, spots and vehicles.
Print a sheet of blank QR tags and stick them on. Scanning a blank tag offers to put it on something new or something you already have. Anyone who scans a tag later sees what the thing is and where it belongs, and can report a problem without signing in.
Maintenance plans list what each thing needs and how often, with steps to tick. Marking work done writes it to the thing's story and sets the next date from the day it was done. Check-out records who took a thing and when it is due back.
Each company is one file in your own Hoq Storage.
